Obituary for Aneet Sehgal
Aneet Sehgal, 43, of Sugarland Texas, passed away on April 14, 2023.
Aneet was born on July 19, 1979 to Narinder and Diane Sehgal in Toronto, Canada. After Aneet graduated from Dulles High School in 1997, he went on to study finance at Southern Methodist University (SMU).
After graduating with his business degree from SMU, he started working at Merrill Lynch and then went to work in the family business at Ultra Building Services.
In 2007, Aneet met the love of his life, Sunali Kapoor, in Chicago, Illinois. They moved back to Sugarland, Texas. Aneet and Sunali went on to have two children, Nikhil and Sahil Sehgal.
Aneet spent his free time with his friends, playing golf as he was an avid golf player, and grilling/cooking for his family. They even called him, “King of Grill.” He loved to travel with his family and friends, he loved trying the next best restaurant, and "his" music. He also loved traveling with Sunali and the boys and making memories.
Aneet was predeceased by Sunali’s parents, SP and Neelam Kapoor. He is survived by his parents, Narinder and Diane Sehgal of Sugarland, Texas, his big brother Sanjay Sehgal, and his wife Shani of Sugarland, his twin-sister Ayna Parsons, and her husband John Pat Parsons, of Beaumont Texas. He also has four nieces and nephews—-Shriya, Olivia, Tripp, and Helen.
Services will be held at Winford Funerals Southwest (8514 Tybor Drive, Houston Texas) on April 20,2023 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Pratham USA - Houston Chapter an organization Aneet felt strongly about.
