Obituary for Dinesh Bhagwanji Shah
Dinesh B. Shah, 81, of Houston Texas, a retiree of the United States Postal Service, passed away peacefully on September 18th, 2022 after a difficult two years battling late-stage dementia.
Dinesh was born in Limbdi Gujarat, in India, on September 7th, 1941, the son of late Bhagwanji Sukhlal Shah and late Shantaben Shah. He immigrated to the United States with no formal education in the pursuit of a better life for his family and sure enough lived the American Dream after joining the United States Postal Service and dedicating over 25 years of service to the USPS.
Dinesh is survived by his wife of 47 years, Bhanumati Shah (78), his two sons, Siddharth Shah (44), and Chetan Shah (42), along with his grand-daughter, Suriya Shah (11).
Funeral services will be held on Friday September 23 beginning 1pm CST and will be followed by the cremation at Winford Funerals located at 8514 Tybor Dr., Houston, TX 77074.
