Kamuben passed away peacefully and in the presence of her family on August 8, 2020. She is preceded in death by her husband, Manubhai V. Desai, daughter Minaxi and husband Anant, grandson, Neeraj, and son Vijay. To cherish her memory, Kamuben is survived by her children, Yogesh and his wife Pragna, Mahesh, Umesh and wife Manisha, Hina and her husband Vinay. She was beloved grandmother to Siddharth, Kartikay, Nayan, Kurren, Rahul, Alina, and Pallavi, plus a rich treasure trove of nephews, nieces, and their children. Kamuben spent significant time in Pemba & Lusaka in Zambia where she was instrumental in co-running multiple businesses with her husband. Kamuben was a woman of tremendous strength, courage, grace, selflessness, kindness and wisdom. She extended love and warmth to all that visited and stayed with her. Her delicious food was admired and enjoyed by all that had the privilege. Kamuben was an ardent practitioner of Dada Bhagwan’s teachings.
