Family and friends are invited to the last rites ceremony for Ritu Bowry who passed away suddenly at her home in Houston on July 22, 2020.
She was 62 years old.
Ritu was her parents' gem and her children’s whole world. She was her brothers’ and sisters’ best friend, her friends’ unwavering support, her uncles’ and aunts’ favorite niece and her nephews’ and nieces’ favorite aunt. She was an extraordinary human being with a vibrant, resilient spirit. She was the keeper of secrets, the sharer of jokes, the bearer of kindness, and the carrier of joy. She was the light of any room, as bright and beautiful as the sun, and as exuberant as its shine.
Most importantly, she was the wife and one true love of Riju Bowry, her husband, soulmate, and our beloved father. Their love is so timeless and immense that it gives us great solace to know that they are forever reunited again in another realm of togetherness.
