Obituary for Sridhar Angarai Srinivasan
Sridhar Angarai Srinivasan passed away on August 16, 2022 at the age of 65. He is survived by his loving wife Lalitha, daughters Charanya & Abhinaya, son in-laws Nikhil Pai & Parthiv Bhakta, and grandsons Aarav, Keshav, Aryan and granddog Austin.
He was born in Tiruchirappali, India on July 18, 1957 and spent most of his formative years in Delhi. He earned a Masters in Geology from University of Delhi and worked for ONGC (Oil and Natural Gas Corporation) for several years until immigrating to the United States in December of 1996 with his wife and daughters. He spent the rest of his life in Houston, TX and worked in both the oil industry and information technology. He was a devotee of Sathya Sai Baba and was an active member of the Houston Sai Center.
Sridhar was also an avid sports fan (of all Houston teams), loved music, gardening, spending time with his family, and being a thatha (grandpa) to his 3 grandsons. He will be dearly missed and known for his positive, calm, and happy nature.
